DELIVERY

The order is prepared and shipped to the customer after payment is received.
Order preparation times are between 1 to 3 days.
Once the package is shipped, delivery will take between 3 to 4 days via the La Poste delivery service in France.

Regarding international delivery, it will take between 7 to 10 days.

RETURNS & TRADES

We offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please send us an email to inform us of your return. Without this email your return will not be accepted.
