JEWELRY VIBES offers a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. ​ Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. ​ Please send us an email to inform us of your return to the address: contact@jewelryvibeshop.com Without this email your return will not be accepted! As soon as your return is approved, we will explain to you by email how to go about it.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, upon receipt of the order.

Reimbursement is immediate upon receipt of the return.

Our jewelry is mainly made of stainless steel, so it is perfectly water resistant. Others are 10 micron silver plated. It is a fairly thick surface layer of silver which covers another metal (brass, tin, etc.). We must therefore take care of them in order to keep them as long as possible. Most of our jewelry is 10 micron silver plated. It is a fairly thick surface layer of silver which covers another metal (brass, tin, etc.). We must therefore take care of them in order to keep them as long as possible. Caution: these materials are fragile to so-called “household” products, corrosives, cosmetics, perfume, etc. but also chlorinated water and sea water. It is therefore advisable to take all necessary precautions to do not put them in contact with this type of product. Also, we draw your attention to the fact that some people have more acidic skin than others, which can alter the jewelry more or less quickly. ↳ In this case, the jewel could turn black (the silver layer is still present). But don't panic, it is maintained like silver and is easily cleaned with silver stone that you can find in supermarkets. It is advisable to avoid any friction or excessive deformation. If you take care of your jewelry, silver plated is a very durable material! We cannot be held responsible for misuse.

- SIZES FOR OUR RINGS - → an adjustable size: either they will fit all sizes, or from size 52 to 60. This information is indicated in the description of the item. → from size 52 to 56: we invite you to read on if you would like to know your ring size - HOW TO KNOW YOUR RING SIZE? - If you already have a ring that fits your finger size, and especially one that you are used to wearing, you can use this ring to find your size, by following the following steps: → Step 1 : Place the ring on a flat surface →Step 2: Measure the diameter of the inside face of the ring. To do this, the ruler must join the left inner face and the right inner face of the ring. Be careful to measure the place with the widest diameter, and to hold the ruler straight. →Step 3: Enter the diameter in the ring size correspondence table and determine the size of your ring

+ SIZES FOR OUR BANGLES + → an adjustable size : it is suitable for all sizes. → from size S to L : we invite you to read on if you would like to know your bangle size. This information is indicated in the item description. + HOW TO KNOW YOUR BANGLE SIZE ? + If you already have a bangle that fits your wrist size, and especially one that you are used to wearing, you can use it to find your size, by following the following steps: → Step 1: Place the rod on a flat surface → Step 2: Measure the diameter of the inside face of the rod. To do this, the rule must join the left interior face and the right interior face of the rod. Be careful to measure the place with the widest diameter, and to hold the ruler straight. → Step 3: Enter the diameter in the rod size correspondence table (see FAQ) and determine the size of your rod. It is also possible to know your bangle size by directly measuring your wrist circumference or a bracelet that suits your size.

Delivery to Mondial relay allows you to have your order delivered to a relay point. This must be selected when you order.
